Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@localshoppingcenter.ca to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, please carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges

Once your exchange is authorized, please follow the return instructions provided above. We will process your exchange upon receiving the returned item.
